Rates & Fees
Our service is free
85 Cash does not charge you any fee to submit a request or to be matched with lenders. We may receive compensation from lenders and partners in our network. 85 Cash does not make loans and has no say in the rates or terms a lender offers you.
Rates and terms offered by lenders in our network
- Loan type: installment loans, repaid in multiple scheduled payments
- APR: 4.95% to 35.95%
- Repayment period: 3 months minimum, 84 months maximum
- Loan amounts: from $200 up to $5,000 (not all lenders offer the full range)
The APR you are offered depends on the lender's review of your credit history, income, loan amount, term, and state of residence. The APR includes interest and any finance fees.
Representative example
If you borrow $2,500 for 12 months at an APR of 10% (the APR includes all fees), you would make 12 monthly payments of $219.79. The total amount repaid would be $2,637.48, including $137.48 in total finance charges. Your actual terms may differ.
Disclosure of terms
Under the federal Truth in Lending Act, your lender must disclose the APR, finance charge, amount financed, total of payments, and payment schedule before you sign. Review these terms carefully. If you are not comfortable with them, you are under no obligation to accept the loan.
Late payments
Each lender sets its own late-payment policy within the limits of your state's laws. The lender will tell you about any late fees before you sign. Make sure you understand the policy before accepting a loan.
Non-payment
If you do not repay as agreed, the lender may charge additional fees permitted by law, take lawful collection action, and report the missed payments to credit bureaus, which may lower your credit score. If you expect to miss a payment, contact your lender as early as possible.
Renewals and rollovers
Loans offered through our network are installment loans and are not rolled over or renewed. If you are having trouble making payments, ask your lender whether it offers hardship or payment-plan options.
State availability
Loan products, rates, and terms are subject to the laws of your state, and not all lenders operate in all states. Residents of some states may not be eligible. You will be told about any limitations for your state during the request process.
